I can relate. I have the same problem with the girls. Seems like some people find toxic that you love them too much. Anyway, I'm babbling to much. Nice job, I really like this cute drawing (love the hair in particular) and how it is used to send the sad feeling in contrast.
Hang in there, someday you will find someone who can appreciate your feelings...and your cat ears :).
